Hey all ytd went to the red bull x fighter show. One word awesome! I think among the four my fav is nick. The dude with black and white shirt. He pull out the best stunt among the four. [= Ouh and their helmet, fucking nice can. Red Bull design. One lucky girl got to bring home the helmet. Jealous much? Haha. After watching the show I cant wait for Husky to come out. [= On another note today GP was great. Did not watch 125 and 250 series. Was sleeping. To tired i guess. Woke up the last few remaining laps of 250 cc. It was raining and the road were wet. Wet road = slower race. Started out with wet tire and ending it with slicks tire. For the first time i saw them changing bike in race. So it was Pedrosa, Lorenzo and Stonner in the first line. good start, better ending. For Lorenzo fan that is. Rossi fan are dissapointed. I'm a Lorenzo fan so i was happy and laughing at my bro (rossi fan). haha. Lorenzo took an early lead, slowly increasing it more and more. ouh and its a lonely race for Lorenzo no one chase him. Distance between 1st and 2nd was abt 17 sec. Which is a huge in Moto Gp. So it was Lorenzo 1st, Melandri 2nd and Pedrosa 3rd. Pedrosa chase his team mate Dovizioso from ard last 5 laps? or so and pass him in the last lap. It's a bad day for Rossi he have to change his bike 3~4 times and got a penalty ride through for speeding in pit lane and he also CRASH! HAHA! Bad day for him. For now Lorenzo is leading by 1 point and rossi and stonner is tied at 2nd. Alright till then. BYE!

hey all i just fell like updating this blog today. so my life is pretty much the same. year 2 in ite so slack. even though my time table is like a business hour 8~5 it still very slack. i fell like its a waste of a good day going to school sometimes cause either teacher not teaching or its not coming out for my exam. so its like go class slack, 5pm go home. sian. ouh i also got a hair cut which is like FUCK! stupid hairdresser cb. getting annoyed with my section head. everyday play hid and dont seek me in school. getting tired of her never ending lecture of long hair. -_-" i know she is just jealous that my hair is longer then hers. ok erm whats next? ouh i have a programming couse at sp. frm 1 to 5. cb so long. gonna have it for 6 months and i'm good. hey hey. this is the 3rd week of hols. how was it so far? well it SUCKED LIKE CBKNN!! even when its the holiday i still have to go back to school for EEEC shit. so not enjoying it.

we have moved. now we'r at the singapore judo federation or smth. opposite of lorong 16. cool man. haha. today wake up at 12 went to cousin place for a while then chill out then home then training. 1st time training at the new gym. what can i say? its slightly smaller the the old one and its dark. not much light there. so that was it. and i cant wait for friday! hie. after almost one month of not updating finally feel like updating. [= so past few things happen in my life for the past few days/weeks. 1st there's raya. didnt enjoy my 1st day due to someone spoiling the outing plan. not gonna mention any further. [= so after 1 month of fasting and not working out(lepak beb) finally step into the gym. it felt abit rusty at first but when my blood starting to pump thats when it start to feel fine. haha. so the next wed after rays went for my training and damn was it tought! i could not even run my normal run! haha. how to run tell me? that raya week keep on eating all the kuih, cakes, rendang, ayam merah and stuff. haha. so a few days time sch oppened. recieved new timetable and its great. only on monday it was pack from 9.30 - 5.30. tues = fri half day. yay. and monday lesson where i really study start at 1.30. so its like 4 hours of studying and 4 hours of p.e. and lifeskills. so yeah. since school has started my schedule have been busy. with training, school and gym. [= yeah thats my job. ouh and i just got my first spar in the gym during training. it was a light one but yeah its fun. and some how i starting to feel motivated to go training. hello all. been busy for the past few days or week. been studying all week. finally exam is over! wohooo. e maths was on monday. the paper is quite ok. i think can get aroud 70 like that. and 2nd paper was apa which is yesterday. the paper which allot people hate to take. been studying that sub but nothing went in to my brain. -_- the paper was quite hard but i think i can pass it. a pass is good enough for me in this sub. hehe. ok since i been busy studying i have completely stop working out! and that is bad. some more it is the month of fasting so cant do much. when people fast they become smaller for me its the other way round. how or why idk. haha. so since hols is here i starting to work out back. [= so this morning wake up at 4.30 just to go for my morning jog. was hard to wake up. haha then dad wake me up. haha. "wake up go for your jog dont be lazy!" haha so wake up stretch then off for the jog. jog only for 15 min before heading back to eat b4 starting my fast. i think i did about err 1.5k. ok i'm not happy. did 1.5k with a wind breaker on and i only sweat abit. -_-" useless. well its a start. and my leg is aching. i ment my feet! so now have to play dumbell then mayb after fast run again? yes no idk. hope to be 85~90 kg at the end of fasting. *cross finger* cant wait for the end of fasting then boxing is back on. wohoo. haha. ouh ouh ouh for the past few days i been busy cooking. haha. so far i cook, fried rice, fried mee and western. haha. today might be cooking spagati. haha. i'll upload some pic of the past few week during sch in the next post. hehe alright till here bye. hey all have not been updating lately. so on wednesday didnt do much. went to school and sw was cancel. so went home had lunch yadayada then off for training. that training was fun. for the first time in my life i actually love running. i was laughing, talking and singing to my self when running! lol ended at 10 went home with friends. we were talking and luffing in the train frm kallang all the way to jurong. haha. damn funny. so on thurs had fia theory and lap test. i think i passed both. prac confirm theory no idea. on fri today as usual late for school. 30 min late(same like thurs) got back my apa test result was dissapointed actually. only get 50/100 and i really study for that test. -_-' after that as maths mock test. an oppenbook one. lol. so dont care to much cause marks wont be recorded. after sch went for friday prayers then gym with sabri.(sis bf) after gym chill out at alif food court. then home. reach home change and went down to polish car. i polish car bro wash bike. great. -_- finally everything ended ard 10++ 11. so in the middle of polishing I FINALLY GOT TO SPAR AFTER A VERY2 LONG TIME! sis was recording the fight. the rule is no hitting face except forehead. i felt it was an even fight but bro say otherwise. btw i spared with sabri. bigger oldder taller. hahaha. so i play hit and run. watch the video. so after everything we go makan. my treat. just recieve my pay. alright didnt update for the past few days cause nth interesting happen in my life. so on friday didnt went to school cause i was sick. non stop vomiting and constipation. and a slight fever. went to poly and its damn long. the moment i reach home i vomited again. -_- on saturday was feeling slightly better. went to qweensway with dad to shop abit. i bought myself a Bermudas and a nike mouth guard. berms cost ard $35 and the mouth guard is ard $7.90. dad bought himself jeans and 3 kids shoe for my cousins. after that went to my cousin bbq. they got a small gathering still stick i just eat and relax 1 conner. haha. then home knock out. sunday was feeling better. study for APA test on mon. chapter 1,2,4,5,6&8. i felt there too much chapter and start taking pic of some formula's and stuff. hehe. then at night went out with dad for a massage. this time round was frm a chinese person. quite nice and pain full. after the massage my body feel light. nice. home knock out. today was late for school. due to the morning constipation. so reach sch ard 45 min late and start study, after tea break was the test. its quite ok lah. hpoe can pass. i only got a 50 on the last 1. hehe. then pratical then maths. skipped training today. was not felling well. then home one of my cousin came talk and crap abit. then tt its. alright now i want to do my hw. mayb going to play soccer tmr. hehe. alright monkeys. long time didnt update. been bz this week. mon sch 9-5 then training. till night. then tuesday sch ended at 2 and watch racial harmony day concert for a while. just to see vijay dance then home. ard 6+ went out skipped training and play soccer after what look like a long time. haha. scored 3 goals in 2 game. hehe.[= wed sch till 4 reach home and slept all the way till nx day. i was that tired! yes. then on thursday was my nafa test. my 2.4 or should i say 2km run was 13.49 haha. after nafa test chillax at the canteen then went for fia lesson. ouh and i was selected for the compertition. like damn. need allot of comitment. but nvm can put on resume, haha. friday which is today was late for apa. then maths we got a test. i think i can pass. but not tt good cause did not study, hehe. now jus finish cleaning my house as tmr there will be a kenduri at my house. so tmr will go for training then home straigt away. hey all. been busy this few days. with schools & training & not even have time to rest. haha! so on monday went to school and guess what i was early! haha. then after school slack in school for a while then off to training. training was fun. since coach didnt come we just did our own things. did some stretching some skipping, normal run(i ran half round) haha, more skipping, shadow boxing, speed bag, a ball thinggie (donnoe what its called.) and more skipping! haha. really need to lose weight. i just make a bet with my friends. by the end of three months my waist size should be 34! like wth! if any of us lose, we need to treat a family feast. so i really3 dont want to lose. so on tuesday class ended early went home watch tv and at around 6+ went out for training. while walking to the bus stop it started to drizzle. so text aidil he said its raining there, so i didnt go. text shahzan the gym. since long time didnt go gym i felt abit heavy carrying those weight. haha. when finished weight training went to the track mill and jog for 800 m. wanted to jog more but shahzan want to go. sibey inpatient. b4 we left i check my weight and i have lose some weight. now its 95.75 kg. woot. i think i'm gonna beat khairizal bet. confirm. (below 90kg end of the year.) after gym i was so tired i slept early. haha. on wed forced myself to get out of the bed and into the toilet. during sw, mr whatshisname said next week will be nafa test. sibey sian. so have to start training now. =( after he talk a while he let us off. so me, syed, zul and su went to the fitness conner and have fun there? did a few pull up, push up, and some other thing i donnoe what its called. then back to canteen to rest. slack at canteen for a while then hui gek came. slack with her as she also have dragon boat training. so took 198 all the way to boon lay buy my drink and off to kallang. was late. so when i get there changed and run. came back skipped. ouh and coach said i already have the basic. yay. haha. so did some shadow boxing, speed bag and the ball tinggie. went home. reach home ard 11.45. reach home rest , tv, com, and sleep at 1. and today class start at 10.30 was 5 min late. didnt do much actually. i was more disturbing ppl then studying. haha. today abit hyper. after that break then fia. i didnt get selected to go for fia competition cause that lesson i was being playful. hehe. nvm. i dont think i can commit much time also. after lesson went to the pull up bar and did abt 30++?? pull up! nabeh. really kena push. got ppl support obviously. if i can do 30++ pull up then i dont have to train for it rite? so left ard 6 then home. so that's it for today. class staring at 8 tmr and i have not done my maths. shit! so byebye now. wednesday morning class been canceled luckily if not i'll be late

alright here's the proper update that i said i would do. started working at expo last last Saturday(28/06/08). the first few days was tiring. was standing for the whole 10~12 hours. then on Wednesday we got 2 new people join our team. Sheng Long and Marcus. Both are damn funny. their 1st day i thought that they are just slackers didn't want to do work cause every time we look at them they are gone. haha. then we (Aidil and I) talk to them and we found out they are damn funny! we were sitting at the cafe area when they walk pass us. so we talk to them abit the suddenly we bonded faster then you can say "hello!" lol then we walk around expo disturbing both girls and guys. haha the two Chinese use their tactic (cannot mention here) to start a conversation. i also make allot of new friends. like Nikki, Aminah/Suzi, Fadillah, Kit, Kieve, abang Esham, abang Gani, stim, Michelle, Nizam, ah kat, Elynn, and lots more. working with Aidil is quite fun. even though he is irritating and annoying at times he is fun to be with. [= so i went to sleep wake up, sleep wake up and tadaa its the last day of work. quite a sad day actually. gonna miss all the new friends. hope to meet up soon. [= So on the last day abang Esham promise to treat my team pizza. he gave me $50 to buy anything we want. Cool or what? haha. so we bought Canadian pizza. which is the cheapest pizza in the market. 2 for 1. lol. total cost was 42+ then when pizza came he went home already. haha. he also got tell me he full already. he said he have already eaten 2 bowls of mee siam during his 2 lunch break. HAHA. so we called the pizza man after my hourly special and 30 min of helping renoma brief hourly sale. pizza came around 9.30 and the four of us eat together. Aidil, Long, Marcus and I. dilla was in a bad mood or something so she pass. then we called aminah/suzi to eat with us. you guys might wonder why she got two name rite? haha. Suzi is her name given by her parent but Aminah is her name given by us. haha! slack a while then went home around 11.15. reach home abt 11.45 play com then only sleep at 2.30. hehe.

next day woke up late for school. since i was both tired and sleepy people thought i was in a bad mood. haha. school start at 9 i reach 9.45. after school slack at canteen for a while before making my way to kallang for my training. it was my first training so i'm a bit nervous. start warm up a quick jog then coach (Syed Kahdir) teach me and another guy forgot his name the basic. just normal right and left hand some foot work and speed bag. the speed bag look easier then it is! you have to hit it let it hit 3 times before hitting it again. damn difficult. but the seniors make it look so easy. haha. after that do some cooling down session and went home. the guy who train 1st day with me give me a ride to kallang mrt station. he is driving a Mercedes! blody hell only 21~23 years old. then home. reach home chat with my new friends abit then bed.

today class start at 8 and i reach at about 9.30! haha fucking late. lol. too tired i guess. class ended at 1.30 help CA do some stuff and she treat us lunch. [= then met sholihin and lepak with him, luqman, shahzan, and my cousin syarqawi at je mac. catch up on everything and reach home at 8.30. since tmr jpd is canceled i can wake up late tomorrow yeah. and tomorrow will be boxing day. yay. thats it. pic on the next up date. bye bye

hey hi. i'm back. hehe have not been updating recently cause lazy cum sick. so lets start last sunday.
SUNDAY i went for a massage. cause my back have been aching for a while. so massage3 and tada. still pain -_- haha on
Monday supposedly went for my 1st boxing training but because of yesterday massage i'm SICK!! knn. being sick suck lah. cant work out. sianz cannot go gym =( i was getting ready to go sch n start feeling dizzy. i tot it was juz a morning sickness so i ignored it and go sch. and all the day i can get sick i fell sick on the day tt i got test! -_- super sianzz so when i step into the class my temperature start to rise abit so do some revising but cannot go in. then got this thing at com lab blablabla then break. when break i really cannot tahan so call dad n told him i'm not going boxing n i'm gg home after maths. after break our test since my head is spinning i cant really do the paper so juz hantam n i'm done give my lecture my leave frn n off i go to poly wait so long but service damn suck! i rather go to private doctor lah when meet the doc she didn't even take my temp lah stupid or what? then its juz like talking to the wall -_- took medz an went home.

Tuesday to my surprise I'm STILL SICK!!!! cause usually i only sick 4 1 day 2 the most. so took medz n off i go to sch. seriously the medz got no effect on me my headache is still there n my back is still pain. -_- ouh and i got back my maths test i tot i gonna get 60++ cause allot of log qs i donnoe/forget how to do. but to my surprise i got 43! wth haha mdm ng count wrongly i actually got 72! went out with bskl after 3 month of not meeting.

getting to much punches ok the head i think.

so today sch was ok.
apa was interrupted cause got motivational talk or smth.
then we went 4 break all the way 2 1 pm
which is apa pratical.
the lecturer use tt period as a make up class for juz now
so i do all my work and for the 1st time in ITE
i slept in class.

too tired
i slept at 2 ytd n during break i non stop disturbing ppl.
so slept for 30 min or so
then maths,
while watting 4 maths lecturer i fell asleep in the corridor.

when the first fight started i was like i cant belive i'm here!

so 1st match sean vs soren.
i was voting for sean but he lost.
but he put up a gd fight though.
but soren came up on top.
after 5 round of fight it was up to the judgest.

nx match was a rematch of zidov vs zack
cause zack lost cause his hand pop out the last time.
the rematch was great.
zack who represent spore was verry strong!
he won against zidov!
i was shock.
he won in round 5 by TKO.

nx up was the semi main event match.
Dzhabar vs Rafik.
this was the match i was watting for cause dzhabar was in it.
lol
and this match is to settle the score of dzhabar and rafik.
rafik was quite strong but as expected Dzhabar came up on top.
after 5 ronds Dzhabar won by judges result.
and he won some belt.
wca champion or smth not quite sure.
ouh ya 1 incident b4 this match made me luff.
rafik was about to go to the ring
while watting he was making this horse sound.
verry irritating.
and i oso hate him lah
so he made tt sound and i shout shhh.

i support yod and syarqawi support JWP
JWP throw allot of punches but yod manage to hit him with more powerfull punch.
and at the end of round 5 yod was the obvious winner
and it is him as expected YODSANKLAI!
he is the champion!!

been lazy.
and got nothing to update.
so i will juz state certain thigs happen in the past few days.
1) my dad quitted his job!
2) my sis juz bought a motorcycle.
3) i clean my house. [=

5) he will have to go oversea this thurs.

1) my dad quitted his job cause he dont like the system. so he have been at home for the past few days.
