i know i have not update for a long time.
been bz/lazy.

sch was ok.
bonded with allot of my class mate already.
now every Wednesday zul will be my coach in cardio.

really serious in building up my stamina
so i can start BOXING!

so now i have a new goal.
loose weight, build up stamina, gain more strength/ muscles (sp)?
then can start boxing.
mayb 1 day i can go train at farrer park?
wah tt will be my dream.
haha
but then to think again idk which 1 is better.
muaythai or boxing?
muaythai is more garang and the risk of getting my rib cage broke is higher then boxing.
but then
boxing is more of my style.
lol
idk lah.
see if i can kick then muaythai it is.
if cannot boxing then,
